I Don't Know What Happened Here. My Pies Cracked In The Center While Baking And The Center Cracked Part Kept Rising Until It Was Done.even With Extra Baking Time,came Out Jiggly.actually Re-baked Cold Pie The Next Day 30mins & It Helped.any Advice?

I don't know what happened here. My pies cracked in the center while baking and the center cracked part kept rising until it was done.Even with extra baking time,came out jiggly.Actually re-baked cold pie the next day 30mins & it helped.Any advice?

Overbeating eggs in cheesecakes cause cracking, so it could be that.
I see that you did one perfectly the second time.

Will definitely be trying again really soon! The crust on top was really nice and my sons loved it...I will try again for sure.
A friend of mine suggested overbeating? Do you ever come across that as an issue?

Thanks for sharing your photo's. Sorry it did not work out for you. You might have an elevation problem. I understand that baking items react differently depending on the elevation where you live. Don't give up, try again when you can and just increase the baking time. You might research on the internet how to adjust baking times for high elevations. When my pies come out of the oven they are crusty on the top and risen and when they cool the filling will sink some. Good luck sweetie and Merry Christmas!
